FEES IN.CARDSOUT.
Write a card-buying rule and launch a pump.fun token for it. The token's creator fee buys real graded cards on Collector Crypt, and every card is raffled to holders, kept or flipped, exactly as the locked rule says. Every draw is recomputable.
Live numbers are unavailable right now.
A rule picks the cards. A token pays for them. Nobody, not the deployer and not us, can bend either one after launch. Every fee, buy and draw lands on the record.
Card strategy tokens already proved people want this. The first platform to do it also showed where it breaks: rules only half searched, cards bought above their insured value, draws that could run twice. Binder searches every character in a rule, never pays more than 110% of Collector Crypt's insured value by default, and hashes the rules at deploy so they can never change. The ten fixes
Raffle it, keep it or flip it.
The deployer picks one policy for every card the strategy will ever buy. It is hashed together with the rule, so holders know from day one what happens to each slab.
Raffle
Each card gets its own draw a fixed time after it's bought. Your odds are your share of the eligible supply. The deployer, their dev-buy wallet and the card's seller can't win, and the last 2 winners sit out.
Raffle strategiesKeep
Cards stay in the strategy wallet, vaulted and insured by Collector Crypt. The strategy page shows their insured value and the backing that adds up to per token. No draw, no sale.
Keep strategies
Flip
Each card is relisted on Collector Crypt at a markup fixed at deploy. When it sells, the proceeds buy more cards or buy back and burn the strategy's token.
Flip strategiesFour steps. Then it runs by itself.
Write the rule
Characters, grader, grade, language, years, a price range and a fair-value cap. Every character in the rule is searched on every scan.
Launch the token
A fresh strategy wallet launches it on pump.fun for 0.035 SOL, plus an optional dev buy up to 2 SOL. Rule and policy are hashed and locked.
Fees split 80/20
Every trade pays a creator fee into the strategy wallet. Each claim keeps the strategy's share for cards and sends the rest to the platform, in one transaction.
Buy, then raffle, keep or flip
When the treasury covers the next match, the worker checks the listing is still live and buys it. The slab stays in Collector Crypt's insured vault.
The biggest strategies right now.
Ranked by market cap. Each one is a locked rule with a token attached: open it for the rule hash, the cards it holds, its treasury and its next draw.
Real slabs, landing in holders' wallets.
The latest finished draws, newest first. Open any of them to see the snapshot, the committed slot, the seed and the winning ticket.
Your rule, live in three steps.
Connect a wallet
Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. It is your deployer identity: you sign the deploy message once, and signing moves no funds.
Write a rule
Pokémon or One Piece, up to 12 characters, graders, grades and a price cap. See what it would buy on the live Collector Crypt market before you launch.
Try a ruleLaunch
Pick raffle, keep or flip, then launch for 0.035 SOL plus an optional dev buy up to 2 SOL. From then on, the rule runs by itself.
Deploy a strategyStrategy tokens are memecoins and can go to zero. No volume, no fees, no cards. Holding a token gives no claim on any card except one you win. Deployers earn no fee share and can't win their own draws. 18+ · not financial advice.
Nobody picks the winner. Check it yourself.
Freeze the holders, commit to a Solana block that doesn't exist yet, and let that block pick. Nobody, us included, can know the result before the draw, change it afterwards or draw again.
Snapshot
When a card's window ends, every holder of the strategy token is recorded at slot S. Excluded wallets are dropped before anything is counted.
Commit to a future slot
The draw commits to target = S + 32 before that block exists. Holdings are frozen and nobody knows its blockhash yet.
Merkle root
Holders sorted by address, each leaf sha256(owner:weight). The root pins the whole snapshot: change one balance and it breaks.
Seed
seed = sha256(blockhash:id:root), from the first block produced at or after the target slot.
Ticket
ticket = seed mod total_weight. Weight is balance, so your odds are your share of the eligible supply.
Winner
The first holder whose running total passes the ticket wins. Stored before the transfer; a failed transfer retries to the same wallet. No re-rolls.
What $BIND actually does.
Every claim splits a strategy's creator fee 80/20 in one transaction. The platform's share has two jobs, split evenly. Holding $BIND pays no dividend and gives no claim on any card except one you win.
Buy back & burn
Half of platform fees buy $BIND on the market and send it to the burn address.
Fund the Binder Vault
The other half buys graded cards for the Binder Vault, under the same Collector Crypt checks as every strategy.
Raffled to holders
Vault cards are raffled to $BIND holders with the same snapshot, commit and exclusions as any other draw.
Every line in the ledger
Each claim, split, buyback, burn and vault buy is a public ledger entry you can follow on the vault page.
Live $BIND numbers are unavailable right now.

How do I enter a draw?
Hold at least 10,000 of a strategy's tokens when its draw snapshot is taken. No signup, no ticket, nothing to claim. Your odds are your share of the eligible supply.
Are the cards real?
Yes. Every card is a graded slab tokenized 1:1 by Collector Crypt and kept in its insured vault. A winner can redeem it through Collector Crypt or trade the NFT.
Can a strategy's rules change?
No. The rule and the policy, raffle window included, are hashed at deploy. The hash is on the strategy page and there is no edit path, for the deployer or for us.
What does $BIND do?
It receives the platform's share of fees. Half buys back and burns $BIND, half funds the Binder Vault, whose cards are raffled to $BIND holders. More answers.
