Binder lets anyone launch a token whose trading fees buy graded cards on Collector Crypt, then raffle, keep or flip them. It is new, experimental and unaudited. This page is the short version of what you accept when you use the site, deploy a strategy, or hold a strategy token or $BIND.
Binder is experimental and has not been audited. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted service or accuracy. Prices, balances, card values, odds and countdowns on this site can be late, wrong or missing. Builds marked SIMULATION show simulated activity, not real funds.
Strategy tokens and $BIND are memecoins. Holding one gives you a weighted chance in that token’s prize draws and nothing more: no share of fees, no dividend, no claim on or right to redeem any card, and no promise that price or backing will rise. Buybacks and burns don’t guarantee a price. Tokens can go to zero, and a strategy only buys cards while its token trades.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer of a security. Card values shown are Collector Crypt’s insured-value estimates, not appraisals. Make your own decisions and only use money you can afford to lose.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. A prize draw where holding a purchased token is the entry may be regulated, restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction; if it is, don’t take part. Draws may be limited or unavailable in some places. Each draw can be recomputed by anyone, but its randomness comes from a future Solana blockhash, which a block producer could in theory try to influence. You are responsible for any taxes on what you win.
Each strategy’s treasury and cards sit in a strategy wallet whose keys are held by the Binder worker, not by the deployer or the holders. Rules and policy are locked at deploy, but the software that carries them out is run by us. A bug, a key compromise, an RPC outage or an operator failure could delay buys and draws, or lose funds and cards.
Cards are graded slabs tokenized and stored by Collector Crypt, an independent third party. Physical redemption, shipping, fees and eligibility are handled by Collector Crypt under its own terms; Binder cannot redeem or ship a card for you. Cards may carry Collector Crypt transfer or burn delegates, so a kept card is not out of everyone else’s reach. Listings can vanish or reprice before a buy, and buys can fail.
A deployer pays 0.035 SOL plus an optional dev buy of up to 2 SOL and receives no share of fees. Rules and policy are final once deployed, mistakes included. The deployer and dev-buy wallets can’t win their own strategy’s draws. You are responsible for the name, ticker, image and text you publish: no impersonation, no infringing material, no misleading claims.
Binder relies on pump.fun, Collector Crypt, Solana and its RPC providers, wallet apps and price feeds. We don’t control them, their terms apply, and their outages or rule changes can affect strategies and draws. Linking to them is not an endorsement.
Solana transactions are final. We can’t refund tokens, reverse a trade or recover a prize sent to your wallet. If you lose your keys, sign a phishing request or sell a card, it is gone. There are no chargebacks and no escrow.
We may update this page. An update never changes the locked rules or policy of a strategy that is already live. Keep using the site after a change only if you accept it.
